The size of the pendant was a lot smaller than described. When trying to communicate with the company on multiple different platforms, both myself and my partner, we have been straight up ignored.

I ordered the 15mm script letter "J" and when I received it, it looked a bit small, measured it to find out the 'J' was only 7mm, I have made three attempts contact support and have had no response
